Nathan Spoor's debut solo exhibition,
"The Intimate Parade", develops his investigation into visual
narratives. Drawing from inspirations as varied as surrealism to contemporary
graphic art, his paintings weave a highly complex ideology and a delicate
balance of personal and spiritual evolution.
Spoor has exhibited in many group exhibitions in California, Florida,
Texas, and Georgia. His work has been shown at the Earl McGrath Gallery,
Track 16, Copro/Nason, The Shooting Gallery and Varnish Fine Art.
Publications of his work have appeared in the LA Times, Artweek, SF
Weekly, Juxtapoz magazine, and Esquire-Russia. He is a native of Texas
and holds a BFA from the University of North Texas. He works and lives
in Los Angeles, CA. |
